I made a heart shape cake for my aunt. I wanted to incorporate her favorite things into the cake. Since I know she loves Ed Hardy. I drew one of his designs directly onto the fondant using food coloring. most of his designs have a banner with words on it, I chose to put the words: life, blessing, health. Three things I wish for my aunt.
My aunt is a great cook and loves talking on the phone. I, therefore, created a fondant figurine that is comically fashioned after my aunt. The figurine holds a wooden spoon and a phone. The "ottoman" she is sitting on is cake covered with fondant.
